The CAP Money Course is a  revolutionary, free money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that really works. The courses are run at our Church in the Community Hall on the first floor but we have also been running them at the Ebbw Vale Foodbank centre on the Garden Festival site.
